Today, we kick off this year's United Way campaign, "United for the Win," a seasonal celebration carrying on the Olympic spirit of teamwork and achievement. While we have much to be proud of in our performance, we should never lose sight of the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Since our founding, Regency and United Way have been strong partners in these philanthropic efforts.  During United for the Win, we will harness the power of our exceptional team to give back to our community, team members, and extended families who may find themselves in a time of need.

Your time and donations, along with Regency's match, will be invested in your local United Way. This support will positively impact those in the community who need it most. I am thankful for—and proud of—the generosity of our Regency team, who give so much throughout the year. Last year, we collectively donated $1.7M and 3,000 hours of our time to worthy causes in our communities.  Year over year, we consistently increase our contributions to United Way.  I am so proud of this as well, and I thank you in advance for achieving the same this year!
